The farm is located above the village of Hühnergeschrei on a gentle hill in the beautiful Mühlviertel, with just 2 neighbors at the back of the farm. Sunlight is available from early to late. The fog line usually lies lower. It is wonderfully quiet. There is no through traffic, but plenty of sunrises and sunsets to enjoy.

Riding: We have a riding operation with amazing ponies. However, personal horses can also be brought along and will find space in boxes. There is the possibility to go riding or to use the riding arena. A small hall for groundwork is also available. Charisse and Laura offer unforgettable vacation memories, ranging from children's riding to professional tournament training.

MTB: The Granit Marathon trail, a well-known MTB route, is right at our doorstep, with the entrance about 2 km away. Anyone who has not mastered the Granit trail has not yet biked in the Mühlviertel. However, there are also easier trails in the area. There are trails leading off in every direction right at the house.

Workation: As a freelancer, I like to retreat to the solitude of the Mühlviertel from time to time. It is easy to unwind here and have a clear mind for creativity or concentration - to find oneself, come up with a new marketing concept, or write a thesis. There are various workspaces scattered around the farm, e.g., by the fish pond, at the deer enclosure, behind the riding arena, at the sunset bench, ...

Skiing: The Hochficht ski area is perfect for families.

Hiking: Yes, everywhere - no matter where, everything is simply beautiful. There are hiking trails in all directions and all are lovely. To the Mühl, to the Danube, up the Ameisberg, or just a short walk to Schweinzberg. The kids can take a pony along.
