A weekend with yoga & forest bathing
In the morning and late afternoon, you can do something good for your body and mind and practise yoga in the yoga room, by the natural bathing pond or in a forest clearing. Or simply enjoy yourself - for example in the Swiss stone pine sauna. A relaxing yet active break between the Danube and the Bohemian Forest.
The Kleebauer Hof Retreat Centre is located directly on the Granite Pilgrims' Trail in a completely secluded location. The 800-year-old square farm is surrounded by its own forest, where you can learn about the Japanese method of forest bathing. Your senses will open up under the leaves of the trees. With a meditation or a ritual in the evening, your thoughts will come to rest
